Customer Success Manager

Experience  : 10 to 12 years

Requirement :

  • 10 to 12 years of overall IT experience (preferably digital technologies) with atleast 2 years of customer success experience (RPA is a plus)
  • Experience using CS tools such as Gainsight or Strikedeck etc
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
  • Proven experience in building customer success practice
  • Proven track record in a highly-professional customer service in a dynamic, start-up environment
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory
  • Previous experience working with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, OpenSpan is a plus
