Customer Success Manager
Experience : 10 to 12 years
Requirement :
- 10 to 12 years of overall IT experience (preferably digital technologies) with atleast 2 years of customer success experience (RPA is a plus)
- Experience using CS tools such as Gainsight or Strikedeck etc
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
- Proven experience in building customer success practice
- Proven track record in a highly-professional customer service in a dynamic, start-up environment
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory
- Previous experience working with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, OpenSpan is a plus
