Overview:
We are seeking a Portuguese-speaking Business Analyst consultant on contract, with the flexibility to operate within Brazil hours. The role involves conducting Customer Success Management (CSM) sessions like delivering use case presentations across various verticals, sharing success stories, and actively engaging with customers in Brazil. The ideal candidate will facilitate idea generation for additional use cases, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless interaction experience.
Responsibilities:
- Must-Have:
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
Ability to work within Brazil hours to accommodate customer interactions. - Conduct CSM sessions and use case presentations for diverse verticals.
- Engage with customers in Brazil, fostering interactions to stimulate additional use case ideas.
- Share success stories to demonstrate product/service effectiveness.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
- Good-to-Have:
- Experience in business analysis.
- Knowledge of Automation & Banking.
- Knowledge of Brazilian market trends and customer preferences.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact and engage with customers.
- Ability to answer customer queries and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in conducting presentations and engaging with customers.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different time zones.
