Experience: 3 + years of experience in B2B SaaS in an inside sales/SDR role.

As an SDR/BDR, you will play a critical role in building the sales pipeline through outbound channels to support the company’s revenue goals. This position requires a proactive and driven individual with a passion for sales and the ability to identify and engage potential customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation:
    • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
    • Identify and engage with potential customers.
  • Lead Qualification:
    • Research prospects to gather relevant information and understand their pain points.
  • Lead Nurturing:
    • Use multiple touchpoints to educate leads about AutomationEdge’s value proposition.
    • Build and nurture relationships to understand prospects’ challenges and position AutomationEdge as a solution.
  • Value Demonstrations:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule product demos for qualified leads.
    • Ensure a seamless handoff of leads to the sales team.
  • CRM Hygiene Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Deal Closure Push:
    • Partner with the sales team to navigate internal decision-making processes and build champions within the prospect’s organization.

Key Relationships

  • Sales Team: Collaborate to identify qualified opportunities, build the pipeline, and close deals.
  • Marketing Team: Align efforts, share insights, and provide feedback on lead quality and conversion rates to refine strategies and tactics.
