- Industry experience of 4 to 8 years
- Healthcare industry knowledge with experience in US Healthcare Providers .
- Worked as Business/System Analyst or solution consultant or pre-sales in previous roles in provider environment
- Ability to facilitate , grasp , capture & document process requirements from Client stakeholders
- Extensive background in healthcare provider domains, with a deep understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and industry challenges.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to dissect complex problems and design innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical and strategic information to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of healthcare technology solutions, electronic health records (EHR / EMR ) systems, interoperability standards and processes in provider environment
- Knowledge/Experience of various Analytics, Business Intelligence & Reporting needs & associated tools for Providers
Responsibilities:
Customer Needs Assessment:
Conduct thorough analysis of client workflows, processes, and technology systems to identify areas for improvement and prepare business requirement document.
Solution Development:
Utilize deep healthcare domain expertise to design comprehensive, customized solutions that address the unique needs of each customer based on AutomationEdge platform and solutions for Healthcare and Post-acute care vertical.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as professional services team, to create impactful and feasible solutions.
Consultative Presentations:
Communicate concepts in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Provide insights to clients and internal teams, contributing to the ongoing innovation of our solutions.
Customer Success Management:
Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs
