Experience: 3-5 years

Must Have- Technical Competencies 

  • Working experience as a Technical Support Engineer 
  •  Core Java (Knowledge is fine or Working Exp)
  •  windows/Linux OS 
  •  Trouble Shooting And Ticket Tracking 
  • Email writing and Communication 
  • Database 

Qualification- 

  • Any Graduate. 

Roles and Responsibilities- 

  • Candidate will be responsible to handle support desk to diagnose and troubleshoot RPA (Robotic Process Automation) software related issues.  
  • Highlight RPA code related issues, Issues related to source application which is automated, highlighting issues to product team. 
  • Candidate will use email and Ticketing tool applications to address issues. For more complex problems that require nuanced instruction, Candidate will contact clients via phone and/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals.
