Roles and Responsibilities-
- Candidate will be responsible to handle support desk to diagnose and troubleshoot RPA (Robotic Process Automation) software related issues.
- Highlight RPA code related issues, Issues related to source application which is automated, highlighting issues to product team.
- Candidate will use email and Ticketing tool applications to address issues. For more complex problems that require nuanced instruction, Candidate will contact clients via phone and/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals.
