The role involves identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks, supporting contract governance, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and internal processes. The Legal Executive will work closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely contract execution and provide practical legal support to the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements, including NDAs, BAAs, MSAs, SO<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ws, vendor, customer, and partnership agreements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify legal, contractual, commercial, and compliance risks, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escalate complex or high-risk contractual issues with suitable recommendations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with business teams to support contract negotiations and timely execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain contract repositories and track renewals, expiries, amendments, and contractual obligations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support compliance, corporate documentation, and legal process improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure adherence to applicable laws, company policies, and internal approval processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good understanding of commercial contracts and contract risk management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of key contractual provisions, including confidentiality, intellectual property, indemnity, limitation of liability, data protection, termination, and dispute resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in contract lifecycle management and legal documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>LL.B. from a recognized university.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2-3 years of experience in commercial
