The Solution Consultant will play a pivotal role in understanding customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and delivering presentations to healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth domain knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of providing strategic insights and innovative solutions in the healthcare industry in North America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skills and Knowledge:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Industry experience of 4 to 8 years<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Healthcare industry knowledge with experience in US Healthcare Providers .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Worked as Business\/System Analyst or solution consultant or pre-sales in previous roles in provider environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to facilitate , grasp , capture &amp; document process requirements from Client stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extensive background in healthcare provider domains, with a deep understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and industry challenges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to dissect complex problems and design innovative solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical and strategic information to diverse audiences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of healthcare technology solutions, electronic health records (EHR \/ EMR ) systems, interoperability standards and processes in provider environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge\/Experience of various Analytics, Business Intelligence &amp; Reporting needs &amp; associated tools for Providers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 comprehensive, customized solutions that address the unique needs of each customer based on AutomationEdge platform and solutions for Healthcare and Post-acute care vertical.<br>Collaborate with internal teams, such as professional services team, to create impactful and feasible solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Consultative Presentations:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Communicate concepts in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.<br>Provide insights to clients and internal teams, contributing to the
