The role requires a strong understanding of both the <strong>technical automation platform<\/strong> and the <strong>healthcare business processes<\/strong> being automated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ideal candidate should be capable of independently investigating production issues, identifying the root cause, implementing workflow\/configuration fixes, validating the solution, and deploying the changes through the appropriate environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>AutomationEdge \/ Workflow Support<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve <strong>L2-level AutomationEdge workflow and bot execution issues<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze workflow execution logs, Process Studio logs, Agent logs, application logs, and error traces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fix workflow issues and configuration problems<\/strong> within L2 scope.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modify, test, and validate AutomationEdge workflows based on production incidents and business requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deploy workflow fixes and configuration changes across <strong>DEV\/UAT\/PROD<\/strong> following the defined change-management process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reprocess, replay, or recover failed transactions after resolving the underlying issue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform end-to-end validation after implementing fixes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor workflow execution and identify recurring or potential failures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troubleshoot issues related to <strong>AutomationEdge Agents, Controllers, schedules, credentials, queues, APIs, databases, and external integrations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify issues that require L3\/product-level intervention and provide complete technical details for escalation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Healthcare Domain Support<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop a strong understanding of healthcare automation processes and the applications involved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troubleshoot workflows involving healthcare systems such as:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>EMR\/EHR HTTP status codes, API payloads, response errors, authentication failures, and integration issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troubleshoot UI-based automation issues involving browsers, web applications, investigation through resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform detailed <strong>Root Cause Analysis (RCA)<\/strong> for recurring and critical incidents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distinguish between:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Workflow\/configuration issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Application issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Database issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>API\/integration
