strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end automation solutions using RPA tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead and mentor a team of developers and technical leads, providing technical guidance and support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work on system integrations, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS\/Azure) to enhance automation capabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure adherence to security standards, compliance requirements, and best practices in automation delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and oversee automation projects using Agile\/Scrum methodologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, driving problem-solving and decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as a bridge between technical teams and business leaders to ensure seamless communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Required Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>7\u20139 years of experience in IT with strong expertise in Automation Testing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid programming knowledge in Java, Selenium.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with databases, APIs, and system integrations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS\/Azure).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing automation projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working in Agile\/Scrum environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to
