marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand for AutomationEdge solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in lead generation and brand-building activities across digital channels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Content Development<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create and edit social media posts, blogs, presentations, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop content around AI, RPA, Hyperautomation, and enterprise technology solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Market Research<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Research industry trends, competitors, customer challenges, and emerging technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gather market insights to support marketing strategies and campaign planning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Digital Marketing<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support management of LinkedIn, website, blogs, email marketing, and other digital channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Analytics &amp; Reporting<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Track campaign performance and marketing metrics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare reports and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support customer success stories, case studies, webinars, and marketing events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Marketing Operations<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain marketing databases, campaign trackers, and documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Educational Qualification<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>MBA (Marketing), PGDM (Marketing), MMS (Marketing), or equivalent qualification completed in 2024, 2025, or 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Candidates with a <strong>technical background (Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related disciplines) along with a Marketing specialization will be preferred.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Required Skills<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creative thinking with attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analytical and problem-solving mindset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preferred Skills<\/strong>\n<ul
