SUMMARY<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It is expected that the Systems Administrator II will use the latest tools to develop and deliver solutions in support of our infrastructure and client\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>KEY RESPONSBILITIES AND DUTIES<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SPerform Windows Server Administration Duties<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administer Server Virtualization Infrastructure (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administer Cloud Infrastructure (Microsoft O365\/Azure, Amazon Web Services)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administer Desktop as a Service \/ Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VMWare, Microsoft)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform Windows Infrastructure Management Duties (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deploy, Configure and Manage MSP Tools such as ConnectWise RMM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with SCCM (systems center configuration management) managing software deployments, adding\/removing PCs from collections, deploying software, assisting with SCCM requests (task sequence errors, review logs) packaging applications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Considerable knowledge of at least one scripting language preferably PowerShell.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expert with Windows 7 and 10 desktop support and administration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expert with Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expert in Windows Active Directory<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good understanding of core networking concepts: TCP\/IP, IPv4, IPv6, routing, switching, firewalls, DHCP, DNS etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troubleshooting issues with laptops\/desktops\/printers, network, general user issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology or equivalent \u2013 related work experience can be substituted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 8 years providing technical support in a professional IT environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong multi-tasking skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to work independent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>PREFERRED
