You will also review system requirements and track defects<br>The SDET technician role plays an important part in our company\u2019s product development process.<br>Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs, while being cost-effective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Performing a combination of manual and automated testing as per release priorities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding the end product requirement and translating the requirement into real-time business scenarios.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Converting test scenarios into detailed test cases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Designing automated test scripts using selenium\/PageObject Model\/PageFactory<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working experience of CI\/CD pipelines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in in Cross-browser \/ Cross platform testing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creation of test plan, test cases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Test Execution and Defect life cycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good trouble-shooting skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to different databases like Postgres, MSSQL, Oracle DB.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to different flavours of OS like windows server, Ubuntu, linux,mac etc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experienced in Functional, Integration, Linguistic, System\/Performance and UAT testing etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements Skill sets<br>Must &#8211; have technical skills<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Good understanding of SDLC &amp; STLC (Software testing life cycle) Concepts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in Functional, Integration, System and UAT Testing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good knowledge and understanding of defect life cycle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experienced\/hands on in Test Automation tools like Selenium-Java\/python<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience \/Exposure to performance tools like Jmeter\/Load Runner etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in API Testing using tools like Jmeter\/postman<br>Good knowledge &amp; working experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java<br>Must be Tech\/Internet Savvy \u2013 Interest\/Exposure in New technologies- self learner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands &#8211; on knowledge of Database MSSQL, Oracle\/Postgres, Excel, and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Must &#8211; have soft skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent ownership Skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good interpersonal, problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to interact with clients\/stakeholders with ease.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent team player and grooming\/mentoring activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Good to Have:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Exposure to ITSM tools \/Ticketing tools like BMC Remedy\/Cherwell etc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to RPA product testing would be an added
