The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, strong ownership, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain the Sales Register and Sales Order Register accurately.- Prepare and issue Sales Invoices timely.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track and maintain Debtors Aging and follow up with customers for timely payments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in statutory compliances including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS Returns, and PT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC) between books and the GST Portal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain the Fixed Assets Register and compute monthly depreciation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support Month-end and Year-end Closing activities, schedules, and reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and maintain audit-related documentation and assist during audits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Record and reconcile Credit Card Transactions and Bank Transactions; prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify and process Vendor Invoices, Travel Expense Claims, and Reimbursement Reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compute and record Sales Commission as per company policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and maintain Prepaid Expense and Provision Statements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist the finance team with month-end and year-end close processes. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies:-<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST &amp; TDS compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with Tally \/ Zoho \/ QuickBooks \/ SAP \/ Oracle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Reconciliation).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preferred Industry:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in IT \/ Software \/ Professional Services is an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3
