Support Level Glossary

Support Level Description of support provided
Basic support Only L1 support will be given, no patches will be given on these versions. Support will advice to upgrade to supported versions in case of any issues or patches needed
Critical Support L1 and L2 support only. Support will advise to upgrade to supported versions in case of any issues or patches needed. Patches for critical product issues will be given on 7.x if not already fixed in the later supported versions. Only in cases of legacy applications, patch will be provided on 5.6 till EoL for 5.6
Conditional Support L1, L2 and minimal L3 support will be provided for customers who are stuck on 5.6 due to legacy target systems. Patches for bug fixes will be given on 5.6 only if they are affecting the product operation in reference to Legacy application automation. Other customers should upgrade to latest version of AutomationEdge 7
Standard Support Complete L1, L2 and L3 support. Patches will be given on latest version of AutomationEdge 7 series
End of Life Continued access to support portal and community for Knowledge Articles and other discussions however users will not be able to raise tickets or support issues with the support team for these versions.
