Looking for an experienced Software Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver software projects successfully. The role will involve coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects meet quality and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage software projects from initiation through delivery and postproduction support.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Coordinate developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, DevOps, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and resource utilization.
- Identify potential delivery risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Manage scope changes and ensure appropriate impact assessment and approvals.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, clients, and leadership.
- Ensure software releases meet agreed requirements, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement in project processes and delivery practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering,
Business, or a related field. OR MBA in IT/Project Management - Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
