We are glad to announce that our customer Dubai Smart Government (DSG) has won the Customer Innovation Award 2016 for the Excellence in RPA and IT Automation. Dubai Smart Government is awarded for the remarkable initiative of automating their Oracle GRP E-Business Suite supplier creation using AutomationEdge- Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology.

The Award was recently presented by Uday Birajdar, CEO & Co-Founder of AutomationEdge in the BMC Exchange Event at Dubai. “ The robotic process automation seamlessly connects our BMC Remedy system to Oracle GRP, AutomatioEdge has helped us in reducing process turnaround time and cost significantly ” – said Issa Rezqallah, Customer Services Manager at DSG while receiving the award.
