Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned enterprise sales professional to drive strategic revenue growth for Hyperautomation, RPA, Agentic AI, and AI-led enterprise solutions. This role requires strong CXO engagement, large deal ownership, and the ability to influence complex buying cycles across BFSI enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end enterprise sales for Hyperautomation, Agentic AI, Document AI, and LLM-led solutions across large BFSI accounts.
- Lead strategic new logo acquisition and expand presence in top-tier banks, insurance, and NBFCs.
- Manage and grow key enterprise accounts, driving multi-year, multi-million revenue opportunities.
- Engage with CXOs, business heads, and transformation leaders to build vision-led solution narratives.
- Drive large deal closures (multi-crore) including commercial structuring, negotiations, and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to shape complex solutions, PoCs, and enterprise proposals.
- Build and execute account-based GTM strategies and territory plans.
- Leverage partner ecosystem (SI/MSP/GCCs) to scale pipeline and accelerate deal closures.
- Own pipeline strategy, forecasting accuracy, and revenue predictability.
- Identify industry-specific automation opportunities and position high-value transformation programs (not just tools).
Required Experience
- 12–18 years in enterprise solution sales (AI / Automation / SaaS / BPM / Cloud)
- Strong experience in BFSI enterprise sales (must-have)
- Proven track record of closing large deals (₹2 Cr – ₹10 Cr+ range)
- Experience managing large strategic accounts and CXO relationships
- Exposure to India + GCC markets (highly preferred)
