For Life time free bot access which is available as part of STARTER pack, you need to register for this plan with your organization email ID and use our technology to automate tasks in your organization. If you register for this plan using personal ID , you will receive 1 month trial license.

The PROFESSIONAL plan has a 250 hours of RPA bot time and 1200 PREMIUM STEPS available for use per year. The SUBSCRIPTION plan allows you to run the RPA bot 24×7 with unlimited PREMIUM STEPS for 365 days per year.

Bot minutes per workflow execution is a difference in time (in minutes) between end time and the start of a workflow. Every time a workflow is executed, the bot minutes are consumed.

You can calculate the average time in minutes required for the tasks (part of the process which you plan to automate) when done manually. The automated task is completed by the Bot mostly in less time compared to done by a human. Hence, Bot minutes consumed will be less compared to minutes required when the task is done manually.

You can calculate monthly Bot minutes based on minutes require per automated task execution multiplied by the number of times you will execute these tasks in a month.

We provide self-paced video-based training and certification for free. We also offer instructor-led public training classes for free. You may or may not need to know programming based on the type of task you are planning to automate.

You can automate simple tasks without knowing programming in depth.

We provide full handholding support during the onboarding phase on phone / Email / Web meetings. The details of our handholding support are available in the pricing plan table above.

This plan includes 250 RPA Bot hours and 1200 Premium Steps.

AutomationEdge provides free as well as premium steps in the developer studio. A step is considered consumed post it has been executed once in the workflow. Many steps are free for consumption (e.g., calculator step, Java Scripting step, database operations related steps, etc.).

Premium steps are as follows.

– Connector Steps: API-based connectors built for IT systems (e.g., BMC Helix, Remedyforce, ServiceNow, VMWare) or Business applications.

– Scripting Steps: Powershell, SSH steps which are commonly used in IT automation, and a few other scripting language steps (e.g., Java, Python, etc.)

– Cognitive Steps: Machine learning prediction, NLU intent, and entity detection steps

For IT Automation :

You can calculate the number of tasks performed per category of IT ticket resolution. You can come up with a number of premium steps you will need per ticket category and an average number of tickets per ticket category. You need to multiply the number of premium steps required per category by the total number of tickets per month in that category to arrive at the total premium steps use that you need for ticket resolution for that particular category per month.
Typically you will need two premium steps (e.g., one for connecting to the ticketing system and one for connecting to the target system using Powershell or target system connector) per IT ticket resolution.

For Email contact center automation:

You will consume one premium step every time you make a prediction or extract intent/entity from an email.

After consumption of 250 RPA Bot hours and 1200 Premium Steps, customer will be charged $0.25 per Premium Step and $4 per RPA Bot hour.

Customer will be charged $1.7 for every 1000 ML and NLP transactions.
