Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive who can manage end-to-end recruitment along with general HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
  • Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool for ongoing requirements
  • Track and manage recruitment dashboards, reports, and hiring metrics
  • Work on HRMS for employee data management, onboarding, and HR operations
  • Support onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
  • Working knowledge of HRMS systems (must-have)
  • Ability to manage pipelines, dashboards, and reporting
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple roles simultaneously
  • Eagerness to learn and grow

Eligibility:

  • 2–3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Based in Pune
  • Immediate joiners preferred
