We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with prospects, qualifying leads, and supporting revenue growth initiatives through proactive outbound sales activities.

This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, relationship-building capability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities including calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and campaigns
  • Engage with prospects to understand business challenges and position relevant solutions/services
  • Conduct product or service presentations through calls and virtual demos
  • Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM systems
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to drive conversions and meetings
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, activities, and opportunities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams
  • Support account-based outreach and lead nurturing initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience in B2B sales or inside sales preferred
  • Comfortable using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Ability to handle objections and work effectively in a target-driven environment
  • Understanding of sales cycles, lead qualification, and customer journey
  • Good presentation and follow-up skills
  • Basic understanding of technology/software solutions is preferred
