We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities, driving sales growth, and supporting the sales team. This role requires strong research, communication, and analytical skills to generate high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads using various platforms (LinkedIn, industry reports, databases, etc.)
- Conduct outbound prospecting
- campaigns via phone calls, emails, and social media
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team
- Nurture relationships with leads, ensuring continuous engagement
- Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities in CRM systems
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new lead generation opportunities
- Set up and attend meetings with prospective clients as required
- Analyze the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation or sales development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets
- Good understanding of the industry (B2B/B2C) and the company’s offerings
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and data analysis
