We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying potential prospects, generating high-quality leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for the organization.
A key requirement for this role is hands-on experience in lead generation within the GCC (Middle East) market, including prospect research, outreach, and opportunity identification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential prospects through LinkedIn, industry databases, company websites, events, and other relevant sources.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting activities including emails, calls, LinkedIn outreach, and social media engagement.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Nurture prospective customers through consistent follow-ups and engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities, interactions, and opportunities within CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns and optimize conversion rates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Support the sales team in setting up meetings, demos, and initial customer interactions.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
- Mandatory experience generating leads within the GCC/Middle East market.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation platforms.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and customer buying journeys.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and campaign tracking.
- Exposure to SaaS, Automation, AI, RPA, or Enterprise Technology solutions will be an added advantage.
