Marketing Fresher – AutomationEdge Technologies

AutomationEdge is a leading Hyperautomation software product company delivering innovative solutions in RPA, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and Conversational AI. We are looking for enthusiastic, creative, and tech-savvy freshers who are passionate about marketing and eager to build a career in the technology industry.

This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B technology marketing, digital campaigns, content creation, market research, branding, and demand-generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution
    • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand for AutomationEdge solutions.
    • Assist in lead generation and brand-building activities across digital channels.
  • Content Development
    • Create and edit social media posts, blogs, presentations, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
    • Develop content around AI, RPA, Hyperautomation, and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Market Research
    • Research industry trends, competitors, customer challenges, and emerging technologies.
    • Gather market insights to support marketing strategies and campaign planning.
  • Digital Marketing
    • Support management of LinkedIn, website, blogs, email marketing, and other digital channels.
    • Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track campaign performance and marketing metrics.
    • Prepare reports and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
    • Support customer success stories, case studies, webinars, and marketing events.
  • Marketing Operations
    • Maintain marketing databases, campaign trackers, and documentation.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors when required.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification
    • MBA (Marketing), PGDM (Marketing), MMS (Marketing), or equivalent qualification completed in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
    • Candidates with a technical background (Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related disciplines) along with a Marketing specialization will be preferred.

    • Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
    • Creative thinking with attention to detail.
    • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Preferred Skills
    • Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, SEO, content creation, Canva, or digital marketing tools.
    • Interest in AI, SaaS, Automation, Hyperautomation, and emerging technologies.
    • Academic projects or certifications in Marketing/Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
