Detailed Job Description / Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage partnerships with MSPs, SIs, consulting firms, automation boutiques, and GCC partners.
  • Identify, onboard, and enable new partners across India, Middle East, and APAC.
  • Drive partner-led pipeline generation; support joint pitches, demos, PoCs.
  • Design and negotiate partner contracts, discounts, MDF, and joint GTM motions.
  • Conduct product enablement sessions for partners on Hyperautomation & AgenticAI.
  • Monitor partner performance: certifications, lead submissions, quarterly reviews.
  • Expand strategic alliances with cloud providers (Azure/AWS/GCP) and automation ecosystems.
  • Develop MSP Licensing Models, revenue share structures, and pricing proposals.
  • Ensure partners achieve quarterly revenue commitments.

Required Experience Range

  • 5–8 years in channel sales/alliances within SaaS/RPA/Automation/AI.
  • Experience managing 10–50 partners across regions.
  • Exposure to MSPs, SIs, resellers, partner onboarding, and alliance GTM.

Immediate / Expected Joining Timeline

  • Immediate to 30 days ideal.
  • Maximum 60-day notice period acceptable.

Specific Skills & Domain Exposure

  • Must-Have Skills
    • Strong understanding of channel ecosystems, MSP revenue models & margins.
    • Knowledge of RPA, AI agents, LLMs, workflow automation.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building with partners.
    • Ability to run joint solutioning workshops, plan partner GTM, and conduct QBRs.
  • Good-to-Have
    • Prior experience in creating partner pricing, discounting frameworks, or MSP licensing.
    • Exposure to Middle East partner ecosystem.
