Detailed Job Description / Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage partnerships with MSPs, SIs, consulting firms, automation boutiques, and GCC partners.
- Identify, onboard, and enable new partners across India, Middle East, and APAC.
- Drive partner-led pipeline generation; support joint pitches, demos, PoCs.
- Design and negotiate partner contracts, discounts, MDF, and joint GTM motions.
- Conduct product enablement sessions for partners on Hyperautomation & AgenticAI.
- Monitor partner performance: certifications, lead submissions, quarterly reviews.
- Expand strategic alliances with cloud providers (Azure/AWS/GCP) and automation ecosystems.
- Develop MSP Licensing Models, revenue share structures, and pricing proposals.
- Ensure partners achieve quarterly revenue commitments.
Required Experience Range
- 5–8 years in channel sales/alliances within SaaS/RPA/Automation/AI.
- Experience managing 10–50 partners across regions.
- Exposure to MSPs, SIs, resellers, partner onboarding, and alliance GTM.
Immediate / Expected Joining Timeline
- Immediate to 30 days ideal.
- Maximum 60-day notice period acceptable.

- Strong understanding of channel ecosystems, MSP revenue models & margins.
- Knowledge of RPA, AI agents, LLMs, workflow automation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building with partners.
- Ability to run joint solutioning workshops, plan partner GTM, and conduct QBRs.
- Good-to-Have
- Prior experience in creating partner pricing, discounting frameworks, or MSP licensing.
- Exposure to Middle East partner ecosystem.
