AutomationEdge Technologies is seeking a dynamic Presales Consultant / Automation Subject Matter Expert to drive automation consulting and solution design for enterprise customers across BFSI, Manufacturing, ITSM, P2P, O2C, ERP, CRM, and Core Banking domains.
The ideal candidate should possess a blend of business analysis, presales, process consulting, and automation expertise, enabling customers to identify automation opportunities and accelerate their digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Conduct As-Is and To-Be process workshops with client stakeholders.
- Assess process automation feasibility and recommend optimal automation solutions.
- Prepare solution designs, effort estimations, FTE savings, business cases, and automation roadmaps.
- Develop RFI, RFP, RFQ responses, proposals, quotations, and bid documents.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to design scalable automation solutions.
- Present automation strategies and solution recommendations to customer leadership teams.
- Identify project risks, assumptions, dependencies, and implementation challenges during presales engagements.
- Support sales teams in customer presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with RPA/Automation platforms such as AutomationEdge, UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, WorkFusion, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of RFI, RFP, RFQ, Presales, Solutioning, and Proposal Management.
- Strong Business Analysis and process consulting skills.
Knowledge of Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Manufacturing, P2P, O2C, and IT processes. - Familiarity with ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), CRM, ITSM, Core Banking Systems, and Insurance applications.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Intelligent Automation, AI, or Generative AI solutions.
- Experience in customer-facing consulting or presales roles.
- Understanding of enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- MBA in Finance or Operations will be an added advantage.
