Python Developer – GenAI & Agentic AI

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Python Developer – GenAI & Agentic AI to join our Product Engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong Python development skills along with hands-on experience in building Generative AI and Agentic AI applications using modern LLM frameworks and AI orchestration technologies.
This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI products and enterprise-scale automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Build enterprise-grade Generative AI applications using LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar models.
• Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
• Develop Agentic AI workflows capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and tool execution.
• Optimize prompts, agent orchestration, memory management, and inference performance.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and business workflows.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Solution teams to deliver AI-powered business solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging AI frameworks, models, and industry best practices.

Required Technical Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar Python frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong understanding of RAG architecture, embeddings, and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Milvus, etc.).
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI agent development.
• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Good to Have

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous AI systems.
• Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI tool calling, and function calling.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud-native architectures.
• Exposure to AI observability, evaluation frameworks, and model monitoring.

Educational Qualification

BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines.
