We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our growing team, focusing on the US/North American healthcare market. This role will be responsible for building and nurturing our sales pipeline through outbound calling and multi-channel prospecting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound calling campaigns targeting US healthcare organizations, particularly in the home health sector
  • Generate qualified leads and progress them through the sales funnel
  • Conduct thorough research on prospective clients using LinkedIn, various online forums, and other tools
  • Schedule and facilitate introductory meetings between prospects and regional sales teams
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in HubSpot CRM
  • Track and report on key performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of AutomationEdge’s healthcare/Homecare AI & automation solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of successful outbound sales experience in the US market
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation targets
  • Experience with healthcare or healthcare technology sales preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with native-level English proficiency
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Ability to work US hours (night shift)
  • Strong research and prospecting skills
  • Experience in consultative selling approach

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare IT, home healthcare, or medical software sales(preferred)
  • Knowledge of healthcare automation, RPA, or workflow automation solutions
  • Understanding of US healthcare market dynamics and regulations
  • Experience with multiple prospecting channels (calling, email, social)
