We are looking for an Automation SME / Presales Consultant who will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions across BFSI, Mfg. P2P, O2C, IT processes. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, Functional Domain knowledge, hands-on automation Projects experience, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to drive efficiency and process improvements.
Primary Skills :
- Experience working with one or more automation tools, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UI Path, AutomationEdge, Work Fusion etc.
- Working knowledge on RFI, RFP, RFQ, Pre-Sales
- Business Analyst skills in RPA domain
- Functional Knowledge about Banking, NBFC, Insurance Industry
- Knowledge of ERP (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics), Core Banking Systems/ Insurance Applications,
- Excellent Documentation, Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Work in client facing consulting roles and drive as-is process workshops and propose to-be process designs within BFSI / Mfg / RPA / IT industry
- Plan, Design & drive workshops with client SMEs to understand the end-to-end process while identifying Process automation Feasibility
- Calculate automation efforts and estimate FTE benefit, Present and document summary of findings to the client and walk them through TO-BE design of the automated process
- Prepare RPA Projects Estimations, Quotations, Bid Documents & Proposals. Provide solutioning of RFPs received from clients and ensure overall design & Estimations
- Identify, anticipate and understand the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the process automations Projects
- Work closely with Sales/Development/Product design team to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development
- Stay updated with emerging automation trends, RPA & Automation Technologies, AI/ML/Gen AI tools, and frameworks to drive innovation
