Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
- Manage candidate databases and track applications.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with hiring managers.
- Support recruitment initiatives for various departments, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of candidate interactions.
- Contribute to employer branding and talent outreach programs.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen interest in HR and recruitment.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
