Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred
Must Have – Technical Competences
- Skilled in technology java/Selenium/Automation Testing/.Net/RPA
- Extensive technical expertise in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Web services
Must Have – Non Technical Competences
- Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to lead team of 5-8 people.
- Outstanding leaderships skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.
Good to Have –
- RPA (AutomationEdge, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism etc)
Responsibilities:
- Technically lead and deliver multiple RPA projects with the team
- Ensuring standardization and quality of the deliverables on time
- Technical leadership and Expertise contribution in all phases of projects.
- Track & Review all work(Requirement, Solution, Design, Code, issues etc.) produced by project team
- Participate in internal & customer-facing conference calls, demonstrations, and presentations with the help of project team, SMEs
