Must-Have: Technical Competencies
- Skilled in Java / Selenium / Automation Testing / .NET / RPA
- Extensive technical expertise in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets and Web Services
Must-Have: Non-Technical Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead a team of 5-8 people
- Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
Good to Have
- RPA experience (AutomationEdge, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Technically lead and deliver multiple RPA projects with the team
- Ensure standardization and quality of deliverables on time
- Provide technical leadership and expertise across all project phases
- Track and review all work produced by the project team (requirements, solution, design, code, issues, etc.)
- Participate in internal and customer-facing conference calls, demonstrations and presentations, with the help of the project team and SMEs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred
