Experience Required: 2-3 years in training with hands-on experience in software development or testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver Training: Deliver product training at a corporate level, ensuring effective knowledge transfer in both onsite and remote settings.
  2. Curriculum Development: Design and develop instructor-led training materials, including documentation, coordination, rollout, and evaluation.
  3. Skill Development: Conduct training on HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, Angular, and jQuery to enhance technical competencies.
  4. Content Updates: Regularly update and revise training materials to align with changes in technology and product features.
  5. Effectiveness Evaluation: Evaluate training programs through participant surveys and implement improvements for enhanced outcomes.
  6. Internal Training: Conduct internal training sessions to keep teams updated on the latest trends and practices.
  7. Custom Training: Collaborate with customers and senior project teams to design customized training sessions.
  8. Training Process Improvement: Work on continuously improving the training process to ensure maximum impact.
  9. Learning Progress: Track learning progress for individuals and teams to ensure objectives are being met.
  10. Collaboration: Interact with various departments to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency in Core Java, Advanced Java, Selenium, Auto IT, and databases (Postgres, SQL Server, Oracle).
    • Experience in web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, and jQuery.
  2. Training Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in delivering remote (online) and onsite training.
    • Hands-on experience in project development or testing processes (SDLC, STLC).
    • Proven track record in developing training curricula (preferred).
  3. Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and confidently address diverse audiences.
  4. Technical Tools:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
    • Familiarity with remote training platforms and tools.
  5. Flexibility:
    • Willingness to adapt to new technologies.
    • Flexibility in working hours and readiness to travel as required.
