Position Overview:
AutomationEdge AI and automation cloud for Healthcare and Home care help improve operations efficiency and client and staff experience. We are seeking a highly skilled senior Healthcare Consultant with a strong background in North American healthcare provider domains. The Solution Consultant will play a pivotal role in understanding customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and delivering thought leadership presentations to healthcare and home care providers. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth domain knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of providing strategic insights and innovative solutions in the healthcare industry in North America.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Industry experience of 8 to 12 years
- Healthcare industry knowledge with experience in US Healthcare Provider domain
- Worked as Business/System Analyst or solution consultant or pre-sales in previous roles in the provider environment
- Ability to facilitate, grasp , capture & document process requirements from Client stakeholders
- Extensive background in healthcare provider domains, with a deep understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and industry challenges.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to dissect complex problems and design innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical and strategic information to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of healthcare technology solutions, electronic health records (EHR / EMR ) systems, interoperability standards and processes in the provider environment
- Knowledge/Experience of various Analytics, Business Intelligence & Reporting needs & associated tools for Providers
Responsibilities:
- Customer Needs Assessment:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific challenges, requirements, and goals within the healthcare provider space.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of client workflows, processes, and technology systems to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Solution Development:
- Utilize deep healthcare domain expertise to design comprehensive, packaged and customized solutions that address each customer’s unique needs based on AutomationEdge platform for Healthcare and Home care vertical.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and technical experts, to create impactful and feasible solutions.
- Consultative Presentations:
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and compellingly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, regulations, and advancements in the healthcare and Home care provider domain.
- Provide strategic insights to clients and internal teams, contributing to the ongoing innovation of our solutions.
- Product Design and Solution Implementation:
- Assist engineering team in finalizing specifications for software products
- Assist clients and delivery team in implementing recommended solutions, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Ensure solutions successfully integrate into the client’s operations and deliver the desired outcomes.
- Research and Sales Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and industry trends.
- Assist with researching key areas, blogs, and case studies.
- Provide required support to the Sales team with new proposals, responses to queries, and preparation for customer meetings.
