Every week do Purge the older workflow request and associated files, that can help free the disk space and AE database size.
Every month restart all Services and Agent to get better performance of AE
Drive size check
Once in a month check the free disk size and if free space is 25% of the disk size, then inform us so that we will clean it or increase the disk size.
Sometime aceess permissions revokes due to Server patch activity or revoke by IT team in server maintainence activity and that will affect on workflow execution and logs or any other file creation/deletion. User should be informed about this activity by the IT team or server maintenence team.
Browser upgrade guideline
Stop autoupgrade of browser because driver will not be relesed on same day of browser upgrade and that will affect production. You can upgrade the browser once the driver is in place.
Client should save the AE details like URL, Sysadmin credentials, AE home path,tenant details, processing/AE server machine credentials.
Purge the files saved on agent machine
Every week do purge the old files which are not in use. It will help increase free disk size.
