Earlier this year SDG also received the AutomationEdge – Customer Innovation Award for its innovative “Robotic Agent,” which helps ease and speed up the automation of a number of processes related to the support services provided by SDG to Dubai government entities, thereby reducing the time required for completing the requests inputted in the system and raising the levels of service adopted by the SDG for dealing with the entities benefiting from the shared services.
Uday Birajdar, CEO at AutomationEdge said: “We congratulate SDG for winning 3 awards and are pleased to see that our robotic process automation solution is contributing to deliver efficiencies, cost savings and great customer service”
Robotic Agent, winner of the “G2G Service of the Year”, is a one-of-a-kind service from Smart Dubai that facilitates the automation of several processes of support services provided by SDG to Dubai government entities. It increases operational efficiency and effectiveness, provides 24/7 support, decreases the number of submitted requests to SDG (by proactively addressing them), expedites the processing of those requests while making sure it is error-free and reduces the cost of support operations.
